Didn't think that I would like wearing this all day, but I actually do. It's comfortable and can be worn under your clothes without being noticed. While you go about your daily activities you can trim off the waist. It's very well made. has velcro to help keep it on. Soft feel to it. It does exactly has it is designed to do.... makes you sweat! The more you sweat the more you can trim that waist up! This is one of the better ones that I have used! And I highly recommend this one!
