When I went to go try and use my Bessel carpet cleaner, it decided to give out on me. So we used this carpet cleaner by hand on some stains that have been tough to get out. Really impressed with this! After using other products I had pretty much given up on trying to get a stain out. Figured I'd try one more time using this product. It worked! The stain is gone and has not showed it's ugly head since. There is a slight not so pretty smell when using this, but it's short lived when dried and nothing a little air freshener can't fix till it dries. It will remove some of the most toughest stains you have in your home and worth the buy!
