Not too bad. Sound quality is doable. Good be a little better. They do stay in my ears fairly good. But I can't blame the ear buds for that as I have a hard time with any ear buds to stay in my ears. Comes with an extra set of hear pieces to change out to if you need to. Does have a microphone that you can use for calls. The sound through the mic is decent clear sound. Easy to turn on and off to switch back and forth between call and music.
